this is an exhaustive list of the yoga dvds. the compilation is good. Is there a place to get some videos. i have searched through the video sites for better yoga beginner DVD but couldnt find any.
There are some very good videos though on the asthanga and hatha yoga. I am still trying to understand the meaning of Bikram yoga. What is the purpose of the doing Birkam yoga in a hot room. Does that increase the metablic rate . Is that the only reason.
Some unanswered questions still linger in my mind ??
when is the connect between body and soul established. If meditation takes to nirvana then what exactly is yoga for ?
