Is there a place to get some videos. i have searched through the video sites for better yoga beginner DVD but couldnt find any. There are some very good videos though on the asthanga and hatha yoga. I am still trying to understand the meaning of Bikram yoga. What is the purpose of the doing Birkam yoga in a hot room. Does that increase the metablic rate . Is that the only reason. Some unanswered questions still linger in my mind ?? when is the connect between body and soul established.
