I really love this new direction that you have embarked upon!!!!! I still like my old DVD's , I have every one you ever made: Fat Free Yoga, Yoga Beauty Body, Ultimate Stretch Workout, Kundalini Yoga for Beginners & Beyond, Warrior Workout, to name a few favorites. I have to say the health benefits i.e., extra cardio and energy thru the roof on these new ones are a healthy fix for all Kundalini Yoga addicts!I am going to purchase your new AM/PM with the matrix today!Love to both of you!
