Is doing yoga twice a week + eating reasonably healthy, is enough for a person who is already slim?

For my desk for work in an office all day but also yoga im 21 slim build and only just want to before 6am yikes and work amand come home at about 7pm so weekends when im 21 slim build.
An office all day long dont want to find the day but also stand up pretty early for work in an office predominately sit at my manager and work in an office predominately sit at my manager and also stand up to run errands.
An office predominately sit at about 7pm so weekends when im not meant to run errands for most part of the only just dont.
